  Recently we updated our security certificate. It has come to our attention that as a result, some of our customers who use Firefox or other browsers other than Internet Explorer, are receiving a warning that the Lunch Lady is not a secured site. We want to assure our customers that the Lunch Lady is safe and our ordering site is secure. We have been advised that you can remedy this situation in most cases by updating your browser and clearing your cookies and browsing history or by bypassing the warning and accepting us as a trusted site.

• Remember that there is a cut off – for most kitchens it is 3 school days prior to the delivery date, meaning you can order up to midnight EST on Monday for a lunch on Thursday, for Monday, order by the previous Wednesday midnight EST

• Complete your entire transaction including payment prior to the nightly cut off time of midnight EST in Ontario [11 PM in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, 10 PM in Alberta and 9 PM in BC] or place your whole order after this cut off time.

• if you miss the cut off – call your Lunch Lady kitchen and leave a message with details. We will be happy to enter for the affected day on your behalf . You can pay for all when you complete your order
